Great customer service from start to finish. Our guide was very polite and was always checking to make sure he hadn't lost us. Made safety a priority but still allowed us to have fun. We went to the Summit House on Big Mountain for drinks, food and restroom break. Great views from the top of the mountain. Highly recommend J&L Snowmobile Rentals.

Wonderful experience with this company. We have rented snowmobiles from a couple other companies in the area but this one was the best by far. Great customer service, fitted us with head to toe (clean) gear and new and snowmobiles. Can't go wrong with these guys!
The two of us arrived at the shop at 8:00. They brought us inside to sign papers, pay, and pick out and size us for helmets, coats, and bibs (all included). Then we followed them to the Canyon Creek trailhead six miles away. Once there they unloaded the sleds for us (600cc 4-stroke Ski-Doos) and walked us through their operation (we both are experienced). They gave us a trail map and explained all the areas we should and shouldn't go. They asked us to be back at 4:00-4:30. We road all day in Canyon Creek, had lunch at the Whitefish Summit House, and came back around 4:00. They took back their equipment and loaded the sleds and bid us a safe journey. No nonsense and good prices.
Took my first vacation in Montana and had a fantasy of snowmobiling for the first time. Found J&L Snowmobile Rentals by a Google search. What luck! From the first call (after hours and answered by the owner!) all the way thru to the end of an incredible 4 hour ride, this experience was 5-star. Can't recommend them enough. The rental fee includes all gear and an outstanding guide makes this an exceptional experience. Will be back!
