I ordered a full pioneer bedroom set. I got holes, rotten looking wood and cracks almost half through. I asked and sent pics they said it is all normal. I posted pics to their site to show customers they took them down. If they are not proud of it or want it public why didn't they fix it and why did they say it's "normal". If she they wouldn't mind it on their page since it is their work!! Crappy customer service you get what you get buyer beware. I did like the night stands and one dresser. The other dresser and the bed not so much! I'd show pics if I could.
