Carpet Impressions installed our carpet on our new construction. Nice people, yet we were disappointed with the subpar carpet installation. The carpet seams in the doorways are incredibly visible. My husband was told "the carpet seams will become less visible as you vacuum". The staples in the carpet are not only visible, but can be felt when walking up the stairway. There also appears to be a large square in our office where the carpet was "patched" in. Even with verbalizing our concerns, there was zero accountability taken. Unfortunately, we will never recommend Carpet Impressions. We had only hoped they would have been as diligent with installing our carpet as they were with collecting the statement balance.
