I have been here before (5 years ago) and the tour was amazing!!!
I am super bummed about this, not only was I extremely embarrassed that I invited my out of town family to that place, but I was extremely frustrated that my kids (who were SOO excited) didn't get to experience this place. I am a local, and I unfortunately wont be going back.
I went recently to take my kids (who were SOO excited) and some family from out of town!! We walked in and there was a little bit of miscommunication, we didn't realize where the line was. But we got told we needed to stand in line (totally fine, it was our fault we were just confused). We got to the register and the cashier (that I believe is the owner after some research I have done) was just very short with us and... finally she stated something about us being "snotty" TO OUR FACE. We explained that we were confused at the beginning but it wasn't a big deal and she proceeded to say "You were snotty from the second you walked in here." ( I get dealing with angry/rude customers but we were far from that, and any customer still shouldn't be treated this way.) At that time we politely asked for our money back, the entire time she proceeded to tell us how rude and snotty we were... we left... so did 2 separate groups standing around us.
I've been to many vortexes throughout the USA this is by far the best tour it's way more Hands-On they actually have three different vortexes a massive gift shop the guides are super friendly very inviting and it's a hands-on experience so be prepared to participate it's a lot of fun. I can't recommend this enough. All are welcome here! Vortex lovers and naysayers. They welcome questions and they have scientific proof to backup the area. The best part is after the tour they don't take you out you're free to wander around the grounds and eventually exit through the gift shop! A lot of fun bring the kids
When I was a kid, my family stopped by here on a vacation and it is the only thing I remember from the entire Montana trip. We didn't buy one bit of the vortex "phenomena" they tried to show us, but it was VERY entertaining. The most memorable part for me was when the tour guide took us into a clearing and showed us the "shadows of our auras." My sister and I spent the rest of the trip joking about our auras needing more personal space. Definitely ask about any recent Bigfoot sightings. Great for a laugh and decades of silly memories.
This is lots of fun! I first went at age 16 and loved it. So it's good for the teenagers as well as the rest of the travelers.
Unlike anything I have ever experienced before! Definitely worth the stop. Stay with the tour and you will learn all kinds of cool stuff. We stayed for nearly two hours but you could be done in one hour if you don't sit and relax and go back and do favorites. If you are susceptible to motion sickness, be careful in the mystery house. You will definitely feel a difference as you get closer to and inside the house. It is very hard for some people to balance so use the hand rails as often as you need to.
