Owner - kind as can be. Direct and not trying to gauge you on price.
First, I would like to say that my hot tub was delivered and installed the very next day. Kind of unheard of. I have no idea how I got that lucky, but boy were these people on point!
If I could give more stars, I would. What a great bunch of people. I can't speak for the spa quite yet because I just got it today and it's still hearing but this review is for the staff at Rocky Mountain pools and spas.
Delivery guys - very kind. They accidentally dinged up my fence but they immediately offered to fix it. As did the technician Matt when he came later to set the spa up. Very refreshing to have someone own up to a mistake rather than shove it under the rug.
Give these folks your business. I'm confident they will treat you as well as they did me...
Worst pool I've ever seen
Matt - the service technician. Spa expertise, gave great guidance, was patient and very punctual.
Sales - Chrissy is a class act. She is direct and to the point - no fluff here. She is honest and shares her experience with her own free flow spa. Her communication is efficient.
