If I could give more stars, I would. What a great bunch of people. I can't speak for the spa quite yet because I just got it today and it's still hearing but this review is for the staff at Rocky Mountain pools and spas.
Matt - the service technician. Spa expertise, gave great guidance, was patient and very punctual.
First, I would like to say that my hot tub was delivered and installed the very next day. Kind of unheard of. I have no idea how I got that lucky, but boy were these people on point!
Delivery guys - very kind. They accidentally dinged up my fence but they immediately offered to fix it. As did the technician Matt when he came later to set the spa up. Very refreshing to have someone own up to a mistake rather than shove it under the rug.
Rocky Mountain Pools and Spas has great service. They carry everything I need to care for my pool and are very friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a custom pool or spa. They also now carry above ground hot tubs that have a cool attached cover.
