As a first time customer, I did not get the maximum refund that I should have gotten. My accountant had to seek help numerous times to figure out what was the best scenario for me, and that obviously wasn't the case. I had to get help elsewhere to actually get the best tax return possible. I also paid the extra 5 dollars for the "Peace of Mind" in case there was some wrong information, or if they did not get the maximum refund for me. I should get all the money I paid for their services back with this so called guarantee they promote. Instead of apologizing for the mistake that the accountant made, the manager only made excuses explaining to me that I was in the fault. Just so happens that I was actually right according the the H&R block in Whitefish who was more than willing to help me get the money I deserved. Lastly, once this branch took a look at what should have been done to my taxes in the first place, they decided to refund me 38 dollars out of the 260 that I paid for the initial service. Sounds like they are more concerned about saving that 200 instead of admitting to their mistakes and taking care of their customers. I would not recommend this branch, and I would make the extra trip to Whitefish for better service.
